Welcome to Dermax Lab Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, online and offline courses, and other services. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course. By using our services, you agree to comply fully with these terms.

1. General Rules & Eligibility

• Dermax Lab Academy provides technical training courses in skincare, haircare, and household product formulation.
• Students must provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment, including their full name, mobile number, National ID/Passport details, and email address.
• Dermax Lab Academy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any enrollment at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All course materials, including formulation sheets, PDFs, video tutorials, audio content, text, and guidelines, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dermax Lab Academy.
• Strictly Prohibited: Students may not share, distribute, reproduce, copy, sell, publish, leak, or transfer any course content, formulations, trade secrets, or proprietary recipes to any third party, social media platform, group, or commercial entity.
• Any violation of this policy may result in legal action under the applicable Copyright Laws and Digital Security Laws of Bangladesh.

3. Refund & Course Change Policy

• All course enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been completed.
• Students wishing to transfer to another course or batch must submit a written request at least three (3) days before the course start date.
• Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of Dermax Lab Academy, and the Academy’s decision shall be final.

4. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

• Students must strictly follow all laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines taught during the course.
• Dermax Lab Academy and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, damage, loss, or harm resulting from negligence, improper handling of chemicals, or unsafe practices during personal or home-based experimentation.

5. Commercial Production & Licensing

• Dermax Lab Academy provides industry-standard and professionally developed formulations.
• However, students intending to manufacture or market products commercially must obtain all required licenses, permits, approvals, and certifications in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, including but not limited to BSTI approval, Trade License, and any other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Any legal, regulatory, or commercial issues arising from unlicensed production or business activities shall be the sole responsibility of the student.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior toward fellow students, mentors, instructors, and staff members.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, offensive conduct, misinformation, spam, unauthorized promotion, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent removal from the Academy, support groups, and learning platforms without prior notice.

7. Modification of Terms

• Dermax Lab Academy reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with legal requirements or institutional needs.
• Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication on the Academy’s website or official platforms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• Any significant dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
